I lived here for two years and am really sad to leave. I just needed a slightly bigger space and I also would like to have a laundry unit inside my apartment (due to laziness) but they do have a laundry available to use on site. This place is awesome - great community with a property manager and owner who cares, lgbt friendly, location is in the middle of phx which makes it a convenient commute to my job, go to first Friday, go to the airport, etc. I feel safe even when I get back home at 2 or 3 in the morning. I genuinely wished they have a one bedroom so I can stay there and extend my lease. But if I ever decided to get a studio again, this is the place.

Sophia the old manager was a sweet heart. Always looking out for others. Leslie and Sophia gave me a chance when I needed it after trying to re-establish my credit after bankruptcy. I don't take that away from Leslie. But I got to know her character. I lived at these studios for 3 years, always paying rent on time. I've did my part on trying to keep where I live clean, looking out for my neighbors, assisted the site manager with prospect tenants whenever she was not around. I would clean the laundry room, sweep and wipe off washer and dryer at times. During my time here I have witnessed residents being mistreated. My own experience was frustrating. The location can be risky if you look on a crime map; however, the management has made it a top priority to ensure the safety and security of its residents. The complex is locked and well-maintained, providing a sense of comfort. The studio apartment itself was a pleasant surprise. It offered everything I needed for a comfortable living space. The management and maintenance staff were responsive to any issues that arose, which made my stay here hassle-free. One of the best aspects of this complex was the community of neighbors. Great starting out apartment. Leslie is understanding and willing to work with you. I have had some great neighbors and the environment is quiet despite the risky neighborhood. I wish the alley parking was paved and rent was less, I also wish we had more washes and dryers BUT I did enjoy my time there.
