Carl has been stellar! We had several homes in Durham and Raleigh to view in one day and he created a google map for directions of all the addresses we needed to go to. He is very informative and asked additional questions we didn't know to ask. He even went up to the attic to check the HVAC on homes we liked. He went above and beyond to make this an easy process for us.

Absolutely love Carl. He helped us purchase our first home back in 2017 and we had such a positive quick experience. We decided to purchase the lot next to our house a few months ago and immediately thought of Carl. It took a bit of effort since the lot wasn't actively for sale, but Carl managed to get ahold of the correct people and make the offer.
