LUCA St Augustine

I have been patient posting a review after living here for 10 months, but I think I finally hit a point to where I have a general idea to how life at the Luca actually is. Transparency is key to finding somewhere to live, and there are definitely ups and downs to living here. The clubhouse when it is finally open is a great space, the pool is a beautiful spot and there really isn’t a point where you’re not in the sun. The recent upgrades to the pool were OK but had a little to be desired. The gym looks fantastic after the upgrade as well, but they did continue to push back the opening date a few times. I had a great experience at this apartment complex in Saint Augustine, Florida. Everyone I met was genuinely kind and welcoming, which made a big difference. The staff was truly awesome—always helpful, professional, and willing to go above and beyond. The pool area was also amazing and a great place to relax and unwind. I’m very grateful for everything they did for me during my time here, and I truly appreciate the care and support they showed. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to live.

I’ve lived here for a little over a year and it’s been a great time. Had a lot of minor maintenance requests, but the team was quick to respond and fix the issues each time. I’m a particular guy and I ask a lot of questions, and Maureen has been beyond helpful throughout my time here at Luca. The remodels in the gym, pool area, and clubhouse really make it feel luxurious. Overall great time :)

Love living in this luxury apartment homes!!! The leasing agents are amazing. Maureen and Staff are professional and very warm! I look forward to seeing them every week. They have made my relocation from the west coast easy, affordable and fun!!!
