My parents rented a home that was managed through Lublin for many years (they were in this home for over 30 years). Within the last few years, the company has been relatively difficult to deal with. There were missing payments for bills they took over (twice my father had late notices for sewer/water in the last 1-1.5 years), their tenant portal is poorly designed (frequently would reflect my dad was late for a bill when it was not), and even some very confusing emails when there was a transition of personnel. They also were very slow to response to needs these last few years to the point where even the landlord was asking them if anything was done about an open ticket. And while not something we were involved with but we were looped in on via email, the landlord had tried to communicate

The worst experience by far for having a landlord or reality company. This house is roach infested. And mice infested. Ive reached out the 2nd day i moved in. Aug 4 i moved in on the 2nd. I asked if i could do the renovations that way it could be fixed up to par. They told me no. The bathroom cabinets and kitchen cabinets was roach infested with the droppings and all. You feel like you dont know whats really wrong with the house until you actually are in the house. Granted only my bottom cabinet in the bathroom was fixed not the top and my kitchen cabinets are rotten with holes the top cabinets are falling down bent and needs to be replaced. But Cheryl wants to tell me that the lanlord said its salvageable and able to be used. You tell me where is it able to be used its rotten just replaci

I have only lived here for less than a year and anytime I have a issue that are on time to solve any issue i have I plan on being her long term and appreciate the maintenance crew and there workers.

Completely horrible nasty renting facility , the houses aren't up to code . LNI came out & told them to fix my property & they didn't ! Cheryl is very nasty , Do Not Ever waste your money with these fools ! Look at the other reviews , you'll be Lucky if your house doesn't catch Fire ! Like acouple other renters have , then they'll try and pin any & every outstanding Bill They have on You !
