DO NOT FALL for the reviews. You will see that the employees and those in the company have reviewed it themselves, just go through the names if you want. The company is a cheat! I got approved for 2550 N Alafaya Tr APT 4203. I paid a $105 application (highest among other companies around), but will not be taking the tenancy because of their lack of transparency and slow introductions of additional fees. First, the advertise a rent and do not explicitly mention about an additional monthly RBP charge. Although, it did appear on the application. Next, after paying a hefty application fee of $105 and getting approved, they have introduced a new fee called tenant orientation fee of $199.
