I have lived at an LRD managed property for a little over 7 years and honestly I don't have 1 bad thing to say about them. They are fair, straightforward landlords with great communication skills. Their properties are clean and well managed. Unlike other landlords in this area they don't ask to constantly inspect your apartment and their rental rates are hard to beat! Recently LRD was sold to new owners who I'm sure will maintain the same professional and genuine management approach that the LRD brothers did! Thanks Don for all your years of assistance and jokes! You will be missed!

ADDENDUM - 1/22/20 I honestly cannot say enough good things about LRD Company. I have rented from my fair share of landlords and rental companies in Bozeman, all of which pale in comparison to them. Kristin and Jason are the kind of people that remind me why I love Bozeman so much. They are attentive, honest, and efficient. They utilize a tenant portal which makes paying rent, submitting maintenance requests, etc. easy and painless. Both of my maintenance requests were answered within hours and someone was sent out to help me the next day. Kristin and Jason go above and beyond for their tenants, they are trustworthy, fair, and aren't going to nickle and dime you out of your deposits. Great guys! Have lived in a condo managed by them for 2+ years. When we told them we were seeking something a little more family oriented, they were very prompt in notifying us when a house became available. They made the entire transition from house to house very easy, stress-free and seamless which is why we insisted on continuing to rent from them rather than switch companies. Very reasonable prices that don't over inflate due to market saturation. 5 stars across the board.

I perform maintenance on LRDs rental units. They have good communication and are well organized. All units require a spring maintenance check to ensure that everything is in good working order. They have taken property management to a whole new level with how well they take care of their units/tenants.

LRD used to be owned by some older gentleman who were fantastic. Around 2017, they sold the company to new owners. I would disregard any reviews that are before 2017 as they are no longer applicable. I rented for 7 years from this company and my move out was less than ideal. They requested that I move out in 60 days because they were doing a MASSIVE remodel and couldn’t have tenants in there. I immediately started the loan process and had an offer in on a home within a week. Because the house I was buying was new construction, the closing date was 6 days after I had to be out. I asked for any extra days they could give me and they said all they could do was 10 days. I should have gotten that in writing from them. I closed on the new home with enough time to move out. I asked LRD at least
