Very neglectful landlord! Be careful. Carbon monoxide leak and he didn’t even answer the phone. Squirrels running around the ceiling and he did nothing. Will take forever to fix things or not text or call you back. Also good luck trying to get your security deposit back, he probably won’t text back!
