Discrimination regarding my disabilities and hardship imposed on me for no reason. Roach infestation and I can go on and on with complaints regarding property management, Mrs Maryanne Gutierrez, is simply horrible and doesn't listen to anything being said to her from her tenants. I'm so disappointed that this is actually a Colorado Coalition for the Homeless property.

Lived here for 10years during that time period they have had several managers but none of them compared to Tom. He made sure maintenance orders got completed, the exterminator came frequently and treated every apartment, he really cared. This place has gone down hill since he left, maintenance orders get lost or not fulfilled, the exterminator comes once in a blue moon and when they do they are only treating certain apartments instead of the whole building which would be more effective, balconies are falling apart and there are cracks from the floor to the ceiling in certain places in the apartments. And they keep losing your rent and expect you to pay for there incompetence. I was one of 12 tenants whose rent they lost. I moved out in October because I had enough I just lost my husband,

They dont even deserve one star !!! First of all the people in the office never know what they are talking about, they put false notices on your door. There is ALWAYS new management about every 3 months. Maintanence never comes and fixes anything if we even have a Maintanence person thats works for the apartments. The grounds are always nasty, parking is horrible, people always screaming and arguing all times of the night and day. Not to mention this yeat alone there has been two killings. Police always parking in the apartments, constant shooting. OH lets not forget the bad ass kids that are always outside cussing when they are barely in middle school. I can go on and on about how you should not even consider moving into these apartments

I have lived here for over 8 years. Since Tom left, they have had a problem with management, mainly because the people who live here SUCK!! They are selfish, inconsiderate A-HOLES! It's amazing how little they care about where they live, constantly trashing the entire complex and expecting ONE person to clean it all up after them. They have no respect for themselves or their neighbors. Any management they get in here has a mountain placed on their shoulders. This complex is considered low-income and is used as transitional housing, as in, the in-between from being homeless to actually getting a place. I have no idea how many people they have helped over the years, but I was one of them. The apartments themselves are beautiful, the complex is maintained as well as it can be, but it's an uph
