Lovell Crossing Apartments

Lovell Crossing has been my home for 6 plus years. The office staff, well I cannot say enough great things about them. Maintenance is there so quickly if you have any problems, and the grounds are kept beautifully. It doesn't feel like a cold apartment complex, it feels personal and a neighborhood. They also work very hard to keep the rent down, and without huge yearly increases. Highly recommend!!

I absolutely love these apartments! I lived here for about 5 years and I had no complaints whatsoever. I feel like the community (gym, pool, park) was cleaned daily. The management and maintenance was also extremely helpful and always helped me through whatever I was dealing with. Highly recommend this complex!

I’ve lived in two different units here and I love it. The staff is great, if there is ever anything that needs to be addressed it always is taken care of immediately. The price is great and it’s kept up to date and not run down. Not to mention…the location is AMAZING.

Apartments are noisy, old, very thin floor slab: I have been living here since July 2024. I live in 2nd floor and always hear walking and running sound from upper floor. It's too acute that I feel like someone is hammering on the floor and it really affects my day to day activities and sleep quality. Also, amenities are old. This complex was hit by a tornado and they renovated it. So be cautious before renting here.

I previously lived at Lovell Crossing until the tornado hit in 2023 and was devasted that I had to find a new place to live. The whole process was stressful on everyone, but all of our amazing office ladies did an amazing job with the information they were provided. Top notch staff, so I was very excited to move BACK to Lovell once the renovations were completed. The property is always well kept, gated community, overall a quiet apartment (you might here people from time to time), always a quick response from the office staff and maintenance. Rent is one of the most affordable in the area for the quality of apartment you receive. I will always highly recommend Lovell to anyone looking for a place to call a home.
