DO NOT USE THIS REALTOR! When you first meet her she seems like a fiesty go-getter but all she cares about is getting her paycheck. She did OK helping us find a house but once we were under contract we were nothing but unimpressed. First, she LIED to us and told us we had to use an inspector from her "agent approved list" and then when we picked one of her inspectors and a foundation issue was discovered, her response was "well he doesn't really know anything about construction." She tried to pressure us into buying the house WITHOUT fixing the foundation issue and when we insisted that she tell the seller that we wanted it fixed before proceeding, she immediately drew up termination papers. Louise Clemans was a great help in finding a house that fit what I was looking for. She was patient and polite and never rushed me Into or out of a house. I have recommend her to several people already for the next time they are in the market.
