Ive been living at 312 Davie for about a year now. They love to give you automatic emails reminding you about your rent but no automatic emails when theres an enormous winter storm and your heat goes out like it did for us overnight and it gets to 30 degrees in your house. So no communication upfront, right? Then when you call the emergency line they make you wait over 4 hours freezing with no follow up until you have to call THEM back and scream at them to get them to do their job. They cant give you accurate time frames, and they will not compensate you even after requesting. These are nasty, greedy people and if you're either a parent, a student, or a nice person looking for a home with friends: stay away from Louise Beck.

I applied for a house, when shown the house Nigel (shows properties) said it had been available for months with no real movement. I applied and 4 DAYS later my application had not been processed but they told us the house was rented. It is still up on Zillow etc. as taking applications weeks later. SCAM! just look at the warnings from Reddit since 2007... Not for nothing: in the application process they have you give them access thru a third party login to your bank account. regardless of paystubs / records provided. or you can give them 3 months of bank statements from the account your pay is deposited into. They need that info? no thanks... Rly look for reviews, not their paid Google marketing SCAM.

1. When we were clients, the garage door of the property had stayed broken for over 6 months since the moment their were notified of the issue. 2. Horrible customer service. If you are their former client - they will treat you like absolute garbage. 3. They are a chain, and they will not give you any leway unless their corporate policy allows for it. Do NOT recommend, especially if you're the home owner.

I rented from them years ago and it was an absolute nightmare. Worst rental experience I've had in 13+ years of living in the Triangle. No matter how cute the place looks, just say NO to Louise Beck Properties.
