Oh my if I could just post the records for Hamilton County. Rented a home years ago and really would have left it at that if I hadn’t seen a recent response filled with nonsense. Tell the truth you’re a slum lord and because you rented to a couple that was aware of their rights as a tenant, the case was not ruled in your favor. Sour, how could we dare be sour when we walked away with all the funds we paid into your company and some because of your lack of professionalism and integrity? Should I start at the basement with an insecure backdoor, the flooding of the home which you specifically lied about in court and said that the basement issue could not be fixed while we were in the home. This is a VERY VERY VERY poor rental company. The lady that answered the phone is RUDE she hung up on me because I asked questions about the property and stated it was rude for me to ask questions and I shouldn't rent from them if I had questions. This business is going no where fast. I'm glad I didn't rent from them because their properties aren't kept up with and lord forbid if I had an issue they wouldn't fix it. She yelled at me and when I called to ask for a manager she continued to yell at me. Then said she was going to get me for phone harassment. It’s fine, I will have my attorney call and inquire about their properties so he can see first hand how rude and nasty they are. I applied for a house they had on the market. When called they lady was so rude. She didn't let me talk was talking over me. The lady lied on me and stated I lie on my application. The number I gave her is the number that was on the internet but she never even did her research if she would have she would of new that's the number on the internet I just believe she didn't want to rent to be because of my color. When I first called about the house she act like she really didn't want to talk to me about the place.i think I'm more mad about she lied on me not that I didn't get the place. She was just so rude, didn't want to hear me out, talked over me, and hung up in my face.

The lady denied our application over the phone and she wasn’t at the office. Never even looked at our application. She asked us questions and said she’s going to pass on our application because I have a child that just turned 18 and it would be to complicated due to section 8. Housing discrimination. He doesn’t work at the moment but wow she didn’t even look at the application to deny us housing. I worked and currently working at my job for over 8 years great rental history. But God work in mysterious ways one door close just for a window to open. I’m glad they she discriminated against us. People will show who they are before you get to open your mouth. The lady is Extremely rude. She Assumed things about me and my kids. And have never met me in-person or anything like that. I not once have been rude or disrespectful to her. The fact I recommend people to call I completely regret it. Don't call its not even worth it. She's nothing but a waste of time.
