I can’t say enough good things about Los Prados Apartment Homes! The leasing office team is absolutely amazing — friendly, professional, and always quick to help with anything I need. They truly go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and taken care of. The community is beautiful, well-kept, and in a great location, but it’s really the leasing staff that makes this place feel like home. Highly recommend Los Prados to anyone looking for a stress-free, top-notch living experience!

I rented at Los Prados in July. I quickly moved out two weeks later to be exact. The apartment was roach filled, people left their trash outside all day which probably contributed to the roaches. The gym door was broken and had been for over a year. This was told to me by a resident. why charge the $100 fee if you knew the doOR was broken and open to all who wanted to use the equipment. I complained about the horrific conditions in the apt. I was initially told that I can move out without any penalty or I can move to an updated apt. I chose to move initially, but after I started looking for another apt I realized this would take some time. At least faster than the next day, which is when the Office told me I had to move out by. Quiet & peaceful neighborhood, and as a first time mom I feel super comfortable that there is always families walking around. I also love that there is never an issue finding parking. Love that the Pool & apartment layout gives a luxury aesthetic. If there is any questions or concerns I have Shannon & Gayle are always happy to help! They are great!! Not to mention the food trucks they have every month, love not having to get in my car and drive for food after a long day of work! Super convenient! I highly recommend Los Prados!

This apartment complex is full of insects and cockroaches. They took my security deposit and never returned it—it was basically stolen. The service is very poor, and the office staff are very rude. I strongly advise everyone not to live in this complex. They treat tenants badly, keep your deposit, and the apartments are infested with bugs. They take our money unfairly.

I’ve been living here for over a year. The mismanagement with the construction situation that’s going on right now is horrible. It’s been going on for MONTHS. The workers keep leaving screws behind and I have caught a screw 3 times between both my cars due to this. I’m tired of getting flat tires because the workers don’t have accountability of where they leave their screws all over the community to puncture our tires! Horrible and wouldn’t recommend. Edit: THIS IS THE CORRECT COMMUNITY. You guys know what construction I’m talking about. Also the road is full of pot holes and rent is wayyy too high here.
