Los Gatos Landing

Every one of the maintenance people working at Los Gatos Landing is always friendly and very fast to fix anything. Jesus fixed my bathroom sink this time and I am never dissatisfied. Thank you! You make renting very pleasant.

I've lived in the same apartment since 2010 and have had 4 different management companies during that time. I'm very happy with the new management and hope they never leave. They're very accommodating and friendly. It feels like a real community instead of just business.

Laundry rooms are always dirty and never working. The staff is doing their best but the neighbors here do not respect this property. Dog feces everywhere and most people living here are just dirty and inconsiderate in general. If only there were more repercussions for being a terrible neighbor.

Just signed my lease for Jan 2026. Had the pleasure of working with Monica and she has been amazing throughout this whole process. She was professional and helpful walking me through this process. Looking forward to moving in.

The apartment itself was, bright, and comfortable with nice touches like natural light, a good layout, It really felt like home. The management team was friendly and professional — any time I needed help or had questions, they responded quickly and made sure things were taken care of. Maintenance was reliable and easy to work with. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and conveniently located place to live.
