Los Gatos Creek Apartments

I lived here for a little over a year (extended to month to month for a short while) and it definitely has had high & low moments. First the pros: Two story town houses (2bedroom/2bath) are fairly decent. You have the added benefit of not hearing neighbors through the ceiling so it’s certainly more quiet. The patios are quite spacious; that was a bonus for me when I first moved in. You also have a private back patio that typically leads into the kitchen so you have versatility to come in from the front or back (depending on the unit). Pool is generally empty & summer times are not as jam packed either so you can have a moment to yourself. Didn’t use it that much tbh. Big sliding glass doors leading to the patio as well. Wonderful location, near Los Gatos Creek trail, Starbucks and Safeway. Modern appliances and newer flooring & counter-tops. Cant forget washer & dryer in all the apartments! My little family loves it here and the vibe of the Community. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. Grounds are kept up very well and clean.

I was looking for an apartment that is near my work and found this place on Zillow. I really had a great experience with this apartment community as a whole and the staff. Elizabeth, the apartment manager was very kind and welcoming. She had addressed all my questions I have when she showed me the place. I felt the good vibe, safe, and positivity. The apartment has a good lay out with a fireplace, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The balcony is beside the living room which I really like. I like having an open door and fresh air when I’m staying in the living room. The surrounding area is clean and has a lot of trees. We’ve lived here for 15 years, so that says a lot! Great location. Good maintenance crew. Townhouses are spacious. Views are nice in the back. Lots of room for plants on the patio. It’s still a good place to live, although the vibe is not what it used to be. Improvements are definitely needed with security and landscape/irrigation.

My husband and I lived here for almost five years. In that time Los Gatos Creek was improved on so much. It really was a wonderful place to live. Every time something needed to be fixed, the office was responsive and understanding. I love the gym, which was always clean and well kept. I would have happily lived here longer if we didn't have to move.
