Los Feliz Village

Joanne was absolutely lovely. She’s so calm and helpful. Really love all the amenities. Seems like a great place to live, but I don’t understand all of these crazy fees. Seems like they charge for every little thing they possibly can think of. It makes me nervous to think of what other fees suddenly show up

I had a really great experience renting a room here for me and my wife. I was working with lease agent Johana she made the process so easy and stress-free. Explained everything thoroughly and showed me all the great amenities here at this beautiful apartment. I hear nothing but great feedback from this community and recommend it to all. Come in and ask for Johana she will make it a great experience!

Both Armando and Moises did an excellent job unclogging my sink & vanity. I appreciated their quick response to the situation. They were very professional as they worked on the issue. After running my dishwasher my sink did not fill up with water. So obviously they cleared the line which was causing all my problems. Thank you

Johanna was incredible from out first tour to our perfect move-in at Los Feliz Village. She answered every question and was there for every step. We love the property, the neighborhood, and the price. If you're looking for a fantastic value in this area, I would highly recommend you take a look at Los Feliz Village and ask for Johanna!

I love Los Feliz Village! Such a wonderful community and filled with wonderful and respectful neighbors. It’s peaceful and quiet the management office and maintenance staff have always taken such great care of me and my apartment all these years I’ve lived here. The staff here do an amazing job keeping the complex looking great and immediately respond to any maintenance repairs I’ve needed. Really lovely place to live!
