Los Arcos Apartments

Been living here for about 2 years already very much going to my third year and I love it !! I love everything about it !!! Very much recommend it. Everyone from the office is very friendly and so respectful ❤️ maintenance comes very quick everyone is so respectful, any issue you have they fix it right away.

Expensive not worth your money . Very bad apartments they have security and cameras for nothing they stole from my dad and I . Also Our restroom ceiling been leaking for a while they came to look at it but didn’t do anything about it .

I've been living at los Arcos apartments for over 5 years now and I don't have any bad stuff to say. These are the best apartments to be living in!! They are dog friendly which is a big plus as a dog owner. They also have a park for kids to have fun in. Maintenance is good aswell. I greatly encourage anybody to live here. The community is very friendly and not very rowdy.

Honestly that’s an understatement because 14 years in one complex speaks for itself. The timely and friendly response to all concerns was a pleasure to have and we honestly couldn't have had a better living experience. We know for sure that you guys are the best landlords in Houston and we’re so sad we had to leave. Good price for good size. Me and my buddy rented a 2 bed 2 bath at a very affordable price. The area is really nice and calm and the office is helpful when you need their help. With the transit stop in front of it, the ride to work is quick and never have to rush too much. Apartments were clean when we first moved it. Would definitely recommend to other people and would even come back to live alone.
