Los Altos at Altamonte Springs

RUN. My experience at Los Altos has been EXTREMELY disappointing. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone, especially at the prices they charge for what they advertise as “renovated” units (worst renovation I've EVER seen). From the start, there have been constant issues. The gates are frequently broken, trash areas overflow regularly, and rodents and raccoons are often seen digging through the waste. The internet goes out almost daily, and I receive outage notifications every other day. Inside the unit, the problems are even worse. The counters are very old and VERY poor quality There is visible mold, and my AC had to be replaced after I moved in (something that should have been completed beforehand if the unit was truly renovated). I’ve lived here for a year and a half and it’s Goddd awful. Cant wait for my lease to be over The only good thing about this place is Mike the Maintenance Man Thank God for him. Aside from that, you will have your car broken into. Roaches in your apartment. No valet trash. Dog shit everywhere. Loud neighbors. Office people are never there. But are constantly harassing you.

So I am currently a resident of the place. Worst experience ever, from the day I moved in. The apartments has mold and are roach infested. Before you sign your lease look at the apartment they are giving you, don’t go based off of photos because that will be the excuse they gave you. Even though the apartments that are posted don’t all have pictures. They will expect you to pay for things they should have been fixing. If you are looking at this apartment for amenities skip over and save yourself the heartache. This is how I received my apartment nothing like the photos and also incomplete. P.s now watch them come under my rating to try to damage control to the public🙄

I wish I could give zero stars. This place genuinely needs to get shut down. It’s disgusting. Rats, roaches, unkept community. Nothing ever gets fixed and if it does it’s just a temporary fix to satisfy you for a couple days. Potholes that will pop tires. Gates that NEVER work. Also don’t even try to contact the office because they are never there. Trying to catch anyone at the office is like a game. Please save yourself the stress and don’t even apply here. I’ll rent a motel room because I ever renew my lease here.

Mike is the best maintenance guy there is! He gets it done efficiently and correctly. He is friendly and knowledgeable. He always does what he says. We are so happy to know him. He is awesome!
