I wish I could give zero stars and still leave a review. I’ve lived here since January of 2024 and it’s been nothing but issues. The biggest issue is that my AC does not work properly. It runs, but it blows out hot air. While writing this, it’s 95° in my apartment. They’ve gone through at least 3 maintenance guys and all of them say it’s something different that’s wrong but no one has found and fixed the actual problem. Also, maintenance takes off my door on a Thursday and it’s still like this on Tuesday? Do better. Another issue would be that there is NEVER any parking. I frequently come home from work and have to park a few buildings away to get a parking space. When I brought it up to the office in November 2024, I was told “we’re working on it”. The new management is incredibly professional and responsive. Their extremely helpful and positive attitude makes a huge difference. The overall living experience has been awesome, and I really feel like I've found home here. I truly like the sense of community. 😊

The management team, especially Brenda and Brett, have been amazing—always professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. They go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that the community stays a great place to live. I really appreciate their kindness and dedication. Lory of Harbison is the best place to stay. The community is beyond lovely. The leasing office is one of a kind and I couldn’t be more grateful to have a leasing office like them. I would recommend them to anyone I meet. I truly love every moment I live here!!
