Kate, Sherry and the whole team were great to work with. We own a townhouse in Charlottesville and Loring Woodriff was our property manager. They were attentive to our tenants and to us and were very professional. At first, my wife and I had decided we wanted to manage the property ourselves. However, after realizing how much work it was and how difficult it can be to distance ourselves from inter-personal tenant disputes, we contracted with Loring Woodriff. They immediately took the burden off our shoulders and were very productive in working with our tenants to resolve any complaints or any other issues that might have come up.
