Everything seemed good. I even was doing AC repairs for Tyler on the side at his rentals. One time showed up to his personal residence and didn’t charge him for a repair. I enjoyed working with Joel. He was available for the extra questions we had, kept us updated on housing opportunities etc. I learned allot about the processes of buying a home. Through trials and even through the first house I choose, it didn't work because Joel made sure that with the help of inspections, we were saved from making a not wise decision regarding our investment.
