Lookout Hollow

I've already left several positive comments about this property and it's maintenance crew. So this positive comment is for Esteban (forgive me if I mispelled your name) who is part of the front office staff. I went in to pick up a package and this young man not only retrieved it but offered to carry it to my vehicle. And I'm glad he did because it was a bit heavy. I had to use a rolling cart to get it into my apartment. I truly appreciate his willingness (without my asking) to help in this manner. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!!!!!

Initially I liked the place but others have mentioned the grounds are filthy. Bird and dog poop everywhere. The pools are always dirty, gym outdated and club houses dirty as well. Gates always broken. I also had roach problem in my kitchen ( started shortly after new neighbors moved in) that I was asking for pest control every week for about 2 months. It finally cleared up but was definitely a menace. Front office staff seem to change frequently as well. They are nice enough to some degree but my move-out was heinous. I never recieved a final bill but just got a collection letter for over 2k. In the middle of seeking legal advice for that foolery. I would say take your money elsewhere. The $1400 isn’t worth the 2b2b, there are town houses next door that are cheaper and nicer. Nothin
