Lonvale Gardens Apartments

It's a nice little community here in Amesbury. It's basic accomodations for a good deal. I like living here more than in Boston, The cost of living in Amesbury is about 25% cheaper!

Decent one size bedroom apartments, spacious bathroom, large kitchen space for big table, room with a dresser, armoire, and king size bed is tight with small closet. There is one other closet located in the hallway. Complex is quiet with older people. Personally know a couple who lived there for the past 15 years so long term residents.

Nice area but not really family friendly. Kids aren’t allowed to use chalk. If they play outside neighbors complain about “noise”. In the past the office had told me to bring my kids to the park down the street if they want to play outside. I just find it odd if you are paying to live somewhere that they are able to dictate where your children can and can’t play. If you don’t have children I would definitely recommend living here though.

Safe, clean, and well maintained!

Horrible they won’t do anything any the nonstop noisy neighbors!!! No matter how many times I complain!!!!!
