Tatiana, the Assistant Manager, was amazing throughout the application and move-in process. She was patient, helpful, and made everything smooth and stress-free. Every time I see her she has great energy always smiling and willing to assist. She truly feels like the glue that holds the property together!

Tatiana is an exceptional leasing manager. I have seen major improvements in the community since she has been here. She keeps open lines of communication and prioritizes her tenants. Thank you Tatiana for being so accommodating and helpful. Ms Sheronda has been exceptional as well. I usually don’t leave reviews but due to their outstanding service I felt obliged too. Hiring this crew as a tenant of almost 4+years. They have been the greatest addition to the complex. Akiem at the front desk is amazing as well as Travis our trustworthy and efficient Matience man.

Living in this apartment complex has been a truly positive experience. I’ve had a wonderful experience with the maintenance team. Every time I’ve submitted a request, Travis and Dolce have responded quickly. They are professional, thorough , respectful of my space, and always take the time to explain what they’re doing or verify that everything is working correctly before they leave. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the property in excellent condition. Living here feels much more stress-free knowing that maintenance is dependable and genuinely cares about residents’ comfort.

The office staff is absolutely amazing! They’re always welcoming, patient, and attentive with care. Big Thanks to Tatianna & Sharonda, your efforts to resolve any concerns; while still maintaining professional, ensuring your residents are taken care of. Ever since Sharonda start managing the property, it’s been so so so much better, she’s doing an excellent job! Also, Big Thanks to the maintenance team onsite handling any problems that need attention, Travis is there to resolve, ensuring residents issues are taken care of. Anytime I’ve had a question or request, they handle it with kindness and efficiency. It makes living here feel stress-free. Thank you for all you do!
