Longwood Manor Apartments

Please stay away. Do not apply for this apt complex. They are a lot of thieves here. They will absolutely steal your packages and nothing will be done about it. Filling a police report wont help because they don’t have cameras that works in the front of the building where packages are usually dropped. Ive lost over $4000 worth of packages and nothing was done about it. Save yourself and look elsewhere.

I love the area and location and even maintenance they try what can they do as much as they could, but what don’t like is being without heat on and off with a broken system for about a month and a half. And then making excuses about someone else being in charge when they pay for it. They know they need a new system instead of a patch job. I’m not going to get into other issues that is the most pressing. I’m writing this because right now I’m cold and feel like I’m outside. I bet they are warm.

My aunt has lived at Longwood Manor for almost about 15 years!! We help take care of her and visit her weekly. We love the community, management, and the apartment. The building is always clean and fresh. The security is top-notch. We recently had a heat emergency after-hours and it was immediately handled by maintenance even though it was late. The company is always making improvements to the property and maintenance is never an issue. Highly recommend this community! Thank you Lindy Properties!!!

I love living here ,it's quiet and clean with respectful neighbors.They also have excellent maintenance.

My experience at Longwood Manor has been great I'm a African American woman with 2 kids and the staff and management are wonderful. I never had any problems and maintenence are helpful and prompt. I had a great experience being a tenant for 5yrs I'm going to miss my friendly neighbors and most of all Ms. Clara who passed away she was such a nice lady. Thanks for the years Lindy Management.
