Longwood Apartments

I could not recommend this place any less with this new management company that recently took over. Right now there is construction going on that will start some mornings as early as 7am. Constant, extremely loud banging throughout the entire day with no consideration of people living next door. Communication with management is poor at best. Many of the reasons I decided to live here got removed or made impossible to enjoy when new management arrived. RV parked in the back of the property like a campground that renders an entire road for the property unusable. Spend your money elsewhere.

I've been here since 2020 and always had good experiences. The current management, Darlene and Crystal are by far the best Longwood has had since I moved in. Maintenance is always quick to respond and fixes any issues. The entire staff at Longwood and Cedarwood are very friendly, helpful and professional. One thing I love is the outdoor space. Patio with a privacy fence is nice to have and a rare find in Lexington.

Disgusting apartments!!! I know that two of the buildings are infested with German roaches, leaky ceilings, poor air conditioning and the property has had three owners in five years, DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

Longwood was a great place to live, until the newest management company came in. I have tried calling, texting, emailing, and using the "request information" tab on their website, and nobody has gotten back to me. The apartments themselves are adequate, and for a while, fairly priced for what they are. They just added an extra $200 on my monthly rent, and I can't get in contact with anyone to ask why. I wish the new company hadn't come in. I really used to love living here.

If I could put negative stars I would. The office staff were fine while we lived there, but we moved out a May 31, 2022 and today, October 24, 2022 we are STILL waiting for our security deposit back. My phone calls and emails go unanswered, when I went to the Cedarwood office in person (because no one staffs the Longwood office) Bambi told me she was not allowed to cut deposit checks and the person who was was out sick. Harbor Property Management is an unethical business and you should run like the plague is on your heels from any of their properties!
