Longview Terrace Apartments

The worst complex you could ever rent from. I am a very grateful person who enjoys the little things in life. I don’t typically complain, However this place is a complete nightmare. Maintenance doesn’t respond to requests. It took 3 months for them to fix the microwave. It took them 6 months (halfway through my lease) to provide a key to the laundry room in my building. The office doesn’t respond to phone calls or emails after you move in. A huge drug home in the front, and constant drug addicts running around high dancing, doing outlandish things out front, and constant paraphernalia and broken beer bottles all over the parking lots every night. It is not safe for children and I wish they would have been honest about that with me. My car was broken into here. This is a very shady complex.

I tried to live at this place. I scheduled a tour and no one showed up. They had forgotten about me. No one was available for 30 min. I rescheduled for the next day. I was told to meet the leasing agent at the leasing office, which was in an inconvenient location for me. I asked why not at the apartment, but never received a response. The leasing agent changed the location of the tour while I was in the car to be at the apartments. I arrived and waited 15 minutes for the leasing agent to show. He showed and started to walk toward two bedroom units. I restated that I was looking for one bedroom apartments to which he replied that they had none available, they had leased their last one the day before. He wasted my time for two days. Do not let them waste yours.

I used to have an apartment at Arbelo they are good prices however, do not waste your time here. The staff is the worst to deal with other then Linda she is kind and helpful. When I lived in arbelo the office will constantly send letters that the rent was not paid when I never even paid late so if you do decide to rent in their company save all your receipts!! Also they are very unproffessional , highly unorganized. I am also not the only one they would send letters too other tenants had the same complaints and from what he told me is that they are taking him to court for supposibly not paying rent; luckily though he has saved all his receipts of his payments.
