Longshore Commons Apartments

I had an incredible experience renting my apartment with the help of Mr. Ar'Jay Brown, the property manager. From the very beginning, he was patient, attentive, and kind. He showed me the apartment in detail, explaining every space, from the bedroom and kitchen to the laundry area and the gym. He also guided me through the condominium’s access process, helping me set up the mailbox key and manage the contract with Georgia Power. Overall, Mr. Brown made everything so much easier, and I’m truly grateful for his exceptional service.

I recently went through the leasing process at Longshore Commons, and I cannot recommend this team highly enough. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and actually enjoyable. While the property itself is beautiful, the staff truly sets this community apart. I moved in today, and I just have to give a huge shoutout to the Property Manager, Ar’Jay From start to finish, he guided me through the entire move-in process with such patience, professionalism, and genuine care. What could have been a stressful experience was actually smooth, easy, and completely stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I understood everything, and truly made me feel welcomed from day one. It was honestly refreshing to experience that level of dedication and kindness. If this is how the community operates, I know I made the right choice moving here. I’ve been living in this complex since January 28th, and it’s been amazing. I love the staff specially Miss Joanta, I did the whole process on line, and communication with her was top tier since the beginning. I was stationed in San Diego so I couldn’t visit the office before my move and she made it so easy for me and my wife throughout the process. Now that I’m present at the community every time I go to the office or the amenities she always has a smile on her face and something good to say. I love this community and I love the staff.

Absolutely the best move-in experience ever. Joanta Johnson and RJ equally were very instrumental in my decision to choose this property. From the initial call requesting a video walk-around to the move-in checklist has been exceptional. I am moving from another area in Georgia and they have been so helpful, professional and accommodating to a few "special requests". The act of moving is stressful enough and the two of them made it a much easier process than I could have imagined. First impressions are the most lasting and Joanta and RJ have made an awesome impression on me. I am confident I will be happy in this place of residence.
