Longleaf Properties

We had high expectations of Heather Mckeithan, but we were so wrong. We went through her to try and purchase a property that we really want. After a couple group chats and one phone call, she totally ghosted us. She hasn't replied at all to our last 3 group chats with my wife and I. No phone call, nothing. This is very unprofessional, so my advice to you is to find a different realtor. If the property we are trying to buy gets sold to someone else because of her lack of communication, I fully intend on filing a formal complaint with the NC Real Estate Commission. Their website actually says that they believe in staying in constant communication with their clients. Well, we've learned that's not true at all. No follow through after the sale. Our neighborhood has been trying to get a few issues in our development resolved for about 12 months now. Tim nor Melanie will respond to text/phone calls/emails. An HOA meeting was called but nothing resolved and zero follow through with anything they offered at the meeting. The builder we used was great (Paradise Homes) but would NEVER recommend Longleaf.

I spoke with RICHARD DANIELS about a listing and he came off very condescending and tried to control the conversation the entire time. I asked to view a property and he kept prying about my living situation (which was fine) and what location I wanted to live in. Upon answering those questions he proceeded to give me unsolicited information about another property manage company that had terrible reviews. I repeatedly asked to view the property and he kept asking why as this was not in my preferred location. I mean, what was up with this guy? In the end, he never scheduled a tour for me and suggested I scope out the neighborhood first…Terrible and lazy customer service and I doubt he would have taken that tone had a man called for information.

Absolutely love working with Tim and Melanie. The first property company that I feel that I matter and they are working with us. Cannot wait for the amazing forever home we are building together. Go through Tim if you want to feel part of the family!!!
