Longhorn Townhomes

I recently had the pleasure of living in this apartment complex and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience! First and foremost, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always available to answer any questions or address any concerns I had. Whenever I needed maintenance or repairs, they were prompt and efficient in getting the job done. AND their amenities were top-notch. The gym was always clean and well-equipped, making it easy for me to maintain my fitness routine! I also have to mention the well-maintained and spacious apartments. The layout was well thought out and the appliances were modern and in great condition. Lived there for 3 years. Newer place (built in 2017 I believe) with nicer finishes. But not actually that nice, especially for the money, to live there. Thin walls so I listened to crying babies, barking dogs, phone calls, arguments, and TVs alot of the time. Weatherproofing around doors and windows is not good so heating and cooling went right out cracks around the door seals and bugs came right in. HVAC system not that good because when heat downstairs would be on, it would be icicles downstairs and fiery hot upstairs. We needed to use the oven to heat the downstairs. Cooling downstairs didn't work that great either but upstairs it was icicles, especially in the back bedroom (always). Would NOT rent from them. I lived there for 10 months while working in the area. The walls are very thin...you hear everything in the units next to you. You are responsible for mowing your back yards, which they don't tell you prior to moving in. You are also responsible for hiring a professional carpet cleaning before you move out which is not communicated prior to signing a lease. We had water running down from our ceiling and maintenance was totally incompetent. After taking time off work to deal with this, losing over $400.00 in wages we still got hit with an additional $150.00 bill for "lite cleaning" after we move out. If you don't mind getting ripped off this is the place for you.

Was told they are the best in town, not really. There is way better apartments along with a better staff. . When I walked into the office, the staff just was not happy seemed like they didn't want to be there..very judgmental. Not professional at all.. If your not a "type" they don't want you there.

Very cute and clean apartments. Great location and management.
