Longfellow Lofts Apartments

On top of living in an entirely unique historic building, renting at Longfellow Lofts is great because of excellent property management from Madi! She is always present on-site and has been immediately responsive to any issues I've had.

Madi and Ziggy are a stellar team! Kind, friendly, accommodating, and prompt in addressing any issue. A great property management team makes living at Longfellow Lofts an easy choice.

I lived at Longfellow for two years in one of the gorgeous two bedrooms in the modern building. I LOVED this apartment. I would never consider living in another apartment in Madison - we're only moving due to purchasing a house! Tammy is the BEST property manager ever - she was always so prompt with communication. And Ziggy was a light during our time there as well. I do not have a single complaint from my two years at Longfellow. From the first day when we moved in (Tammy had a nice welcome package and was so helpful with our move) to the very last day, this experience has been nothing but amazing. Living at Longfellow as two young single women, we never felt unsafe - the neighborhood is quiet but close enough to all the fun. I will miss living at Longfellow so much. Truly made me fall in

I’ve been at Longfellow Lofts for almost three years (with time spent living in both the modern and historic buildings) and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The Longfellow Lofts Manager, Tammy, is AWESOME! She is the best apartment manager I’ve ever had. It’s evident that she truly cares about the buildings’ residents (and our pets!). Tammy is so helpful, friendly, and responsive—and she often goes above and beyond to ensure our living experience is as positive and comfortable as possible. In addition, the buildings are safe, well-kept, pet-friendly, and in a great neighborhood—and the maintenance staff, especially Ziggy, are awesome, too. I would highly recommend Longfellow Lofts to any future residents!

I loved living here! By far the best apartment I have had! Tammy and Ziggy were over the top amazing! Tammy was always so sweet and had everything we ever needed and quick to respond. She is the best property manager. Ziggy was always a joy to come over and fix anything we needed, he was always kind and diligent. Would 100% recommend living here not just because it is an awesome apartment, but because of the management.
