We hired Longfellow Design Build to renovate our family’s cape house. They came out within a day of calling and right away we were impressed. They had great communication throughout the design process. We worked with Hailey and Nolan which was nice to get both design perspectives. Our house is old and had a lot of problems but the construction team great. They finished the project on time. The budget was mostly accurate but wasn’t 100%. We are more to blame as we added a lot more scope of work. I would highly recommend Longfellow and will definitely work with them again when we do our next renovation.

We did a complete renovation of our home in Falmouth using Longfellow Design Build. The entire process went well from beginning to end. Our initial meeting with Rafael went very well and he gave us the confidence to move forward using them. I cannot say enough good things! Being new to the Cape, I went out for several quotes but chose Longfellow and couldn't be more pleased. The main bedroom did not have a bath, and we wanted to add an on-suite with a closet that kept the home's character. I was particular about this project after building and remodeling my last several homes. My project manager, Ari, was the best I have ever worked with! He and his team were always on time, did quality work, and were very personable. I will use them for future projects and recommend them to anyone.
