I’m sure there are good things to be said about this place, but they are severely drowned out by the issues. “Recently renovated” means they crappily painted the walls and put stick on vinyl flooring. The front office is completely unwilling to do anything but charge you ridiculous charges and not explain why. The only person with any sense of reason and willing to stand up for tenants is that girl at the front desk and I’m not even sure if she works there anymore. The bugs are horrible, the windows have gaps, the protective railings on the patios are falling off and are extremely dangerous. If you’re looking for an easy payday, get a good lawyer and move in here.

New Owners and New Management have really made lots of great positive changes. New fences and landscaping. We are getting new picnic tables, BBQ pits, A new dog park and a renovated swimming pool. They are renovating a bunch of units with new floors, new cabinets and countertops, and all new light and plumbing fixtures! Pet friendly and spacious floor plans. They have large 1 Bedrooms, 2 BR/ 2 Bath and 3BR 2 Bath floor plans available!

Wish there was a negative star option. Management is nonexistent at this complex. The bathroom ceiling has been falling in and they have been aware of it for over a month. They lie on the phone and nothing ever gets done. They will not take money off of your rent because you've had to lose towels and pots and nurse the floor for the sake of the downstairs neighbors. The office manager will lie to you to get you to sign a lease. They honor your part and none of theirs. My son had to move out because his bathroom was unlivable and the office manager had no compassion whatsoever. She would not consider taking anything off the rent even though we are not getting a full apartment. Do not rent here. Do not rent here. DO NOT RENT HERE.

I currently rent an upstairs 2/2 here and it has been a pleasant experience. My apartment is over the carports so I don't have to worry about being or having a loud upstairs neighbor. I rarely hear the people next door on either side when they're in their apartments but I do occasionally hear them in the stairwell. Overall, it's a quiet place to live. There are only two downsides I've found to living here: The lack of W/D and occasional bugs. There are no in-unit W/D connections and going to the laundry room or a laundromat is a hassle. There is a laundry room on premises but, when I go, I prefer to go to a nearby laundromat that's right around the corner. I don't want the next bit to weigh negatively because it's only a mild annoyance but I want to give an honest review: Bugs can

Stayed at Longfellow Apartments in Beaumont for a short-term rental (Jan–May 2025). Check-in and move-out were easy, maintenance was responsive, and a new washer/dryer was installed quickly. Quiet neighborhood and overall a smooth stay.
