Long Meadow Apartments

These Apartments have the potential to be great, if the people here make them that way. The location is great. Rent is easy to pay, maintenance requests can be put in, and the App functions well for that. The yard is nice for mental health, compared to some places that are just parking lots, and depressing compared to this. When I came here in 2024, I just slowly started to try to keep these from being condemned. We had roaches in our Building (BLDG 3), and a lot of stuff messed up. Some of the other tenants were really gross. People always littered in the parking lot, and a lot of people sometimes drink and litter, cigarette butts everywhere. So, I just started trying to change that. I put in a bunch of maintenance requests on anything I see wrong. In my room I professionally clean

Hot water is always broken and has to to be fixed multiple times and the cockroaches that never seem to go away in the summer time pest control was out here 3 or 4 times and the heating is the biggest joke my bathroom has more heat then any other part of the apartment. Do Not Rent Here save your money !!

I actually just started renting here as a January 2023 and I have absolutely no complaints fantastic facility one premises laundry and resident first property management is fantastic at Tierra is a blessing

Dirty Apartments , Roaches all throughout building , Pest control makes them 10x Worse
