Had the exact experience as Tiffany in the reviews. Glad I chose to go with a different realtor than Kim Wigg - had such poor communication and made a stressful situation for both parties involved.

One realtor here i wont mention her name, was very unprofessional and sarcastic as a tenant 24 hr notice was required to have someone view our home. She always tried to add people with out full 24hr notice. When we would remind her she would act as if we had done something to her example ( well I already rescheduled (because of something on her end.)them I cant keep moving them!) It's not my fault you did not give 24hrs if you knew about it the day before! If this would have happened both parties would have been informed and had a better experience!The last year has been truly stressful dealing with this I ended up hiring a lawyer. Witch all conversations went directly to! Also was thinking about using her as a realtor at beginning of all this she never kept in contact ,and would say I'm
