I only had a phone conversation with a most rude and unhelpful man. I merely wanted to view a home and all he did was discourage me and talk in circles. His circular conversation was about checking my own credit score because their credit preference was so strict. i told him i did not know my credit score but would take my chances he disagreed and insisted that I check my own first. I asked which agency should I use since the big three never have identical scores so I wanted to use the same that his checker would use. He never answered and spoke in generalities while belittling my concerns. Keep in mind checking my credit score was his idea or his way of discouraging me for whatever reason, I was only a voice on the phone to him. Proceed with Caution

They never answer you, and when they do they'll tell you they don't know the answer and to contact customer service. Which is a number that doesn't work.
