DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, ESPECIALLY REALTOR CHARLES RAPA, UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY FRAUDULENT TAKEN AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!! We hired Long and Foster and they assigned realtor, Charles Rapa to us- we did not choose him ourselves. Not only did I have to set up everything but Mr. Rapa grossly overpriced and listed our house almost $100,000 above all the houses in our neighborhood- he never did any research. Then he never told us his commission, since he didn't mention anything we thought he put the standard 2 1/2 for him and 2 1/2 for the other realtor. Instead he put 7% commission keeping $24,000 in commission for himself!! We live on widows benefits and we NEVER would have agreed to 7%! When we explained this to Mr. Rapa, his exact words to us were, " I am entitled to it!". He honestly
