Move in to Lonestar Realty on E. Side Dr. stairs should have been condemned rust all, and up and down the stairs. Do not recommend this place to any service members because they do not care about anyone in the service and will take advantage of anyone that is PCS in anywhere. Damages from previous owners will be conflicted on you. You will not get your deposit back and they will make you pay double the amount and make sure that you give them a written notice on Winnie PCS because if you don’t, they will take advantage of you. The landlord that owns 1106 1107 1108 and 1109 definitely doesn’t care about your well-being. Stay clear from this apartment. ***Please read this review before choosing Lone Star Realty!!!*** They make you feel as if they’re doing you a favor by renting to you, yet tenants are treated poorly and unprofessionally. At first, I had to file a report because they didn't hand over the apartment in acceptable condition. I’ve dealt with ongoing water pooling at my apartment entrance for years with no meaningful response or solution. Tenants are often expected to pay out of pocket for repairs that should clearly be handled by the property owner or management. They do not provide a fire extinguisher and appear to rely solely on smoke detectors, showing little concern for tenant safety and physical well-being. They love adding extra charges (rent insurance), and if you don't insist, they won't remove them! They also impose

The house was in filthy condition. The refrigerator had mold and mildew, pantry was also dirty, the closet contained live maggot and hair, and the oven had leftover food and hair. Despite knowing a new tenant was moving in, management didn’t have it properly cleaned. When I called, they told me to submit a work order, but no one ever showed up, so I paid for a deep clean myself. They hold tenants to standards they don’t uphold. I strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting the property before applying or moving in, skipping that was our mistake.

Horrible! Don’t rent here. They don’t clean or pest control before tenants move in but when you move out come up with all kinds of charges and if you don’t pay they send you to collections. The place was infested with roaches and I documented everything! They still ignored me, saying I owe them $700. This is just a few of the pictures I took. Whenever I try to upload them all. Google shuts me out and I lose the entire review.

Melissa was very helpful in helping me find my new home. I appreciate her so much. Very nice and knowledgeable! Mariah as well. She broke everything down and made the process very easy and response time was great.
