Amazing office staff, beautiful and much-ventilated apartments. The view from my apartment is breathtaking every evening when it’s a sunset. Friendly Neighbour’s, safe gated community, fast maintenance service. You should give it a try for a year!! I’ve lived here for a couple of years now...still enjoying my staycation 🙋🏽‍♀️ P.S. No one forced me to give this review so don’t decide on the bad reviews!!

Moving into my new place was a breeze thanks to Charlize. She handled everything with professionalism, great communication, and a genuinely caring attitude. What could’ve been stressful turned into a smooth, painless process. I couldn’t have asked for better support—highly recommend this place!

I've lived at Lone Oak since 2022 and have loved my time here. The office staff is friendly, maintenance team is super quick, and there are tons of events each month from scavenger hunts to food trucks. The complex is clean and quiet, and I've always felt very safe here. I have decided to leave Lone Oak to move closer to family, but would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, reliable apartment complex in RR! :]

I instantly felt like part of the family here at Lone Oak. I felt warm, welcomed, and right at home. The location is incredibly convenient, and the atmosphere is exactly what I was looking for: peaceful, inviting, and thoughtfully maintained. A huge shoutout to Ashlynn, who gave an exemplary tour. She didn’t just show me around — she brought the community to life, giving me a genuine feel for what it’s like to live here day-to-day. Her passion and professionalism made all the difference, and I left with total confidence that this is where I belong. This place isn’t just a property — it’s home. ❤️

This apartment is owned by Greystar an international real estate developer and manager. They are the worst of the worst. I could go on all day, but they are the model of how to not treat your customers. Both at the apartment office and their corporate office. The local manager has no power to do anything, and they hide behind that to say their hands are tied. They rent their apartments based on algorithm pricing, which means it can fluctuate daily. My daughter needed a 16-month lease for the length of her studies at nursing school in Round Rock They wouldn't do a 16-month lease and instead offered a 15-month lease. Then at the end of the 15-month lease, the lease converted to month to month and rental rate almost DOUBLED. She's living in an Airbnb for one month to finish nurs
