Kalei is truly amazing! She is patient, kind and made us feel so welcomed! We have looked at so many places and by far the price, style and layouts surpass all competitors around the area!! You will not be disappointed!! It already feels like home! And let me add to this already wonderful review… I am a local realtor and have been for over 14 years! I have lived here a few months now and I have to say that we have thoroughly enjoyed our time and experience! Keyona is so nice and helpful! Anytime we have a silly question she’s always so thrilled to help! No hesitation! She’s always inclusive and outgoing at work and the community events! And maintenance, Ben and Christon, are so quick and thorough! I’ve never lived anywhere that people love the place and their jobs so much! Nobody acts like anything is an inconvenience at all! And if there happens to be a question they don’t immediately know the answer to, they are quick to find the answer! I’ve never been at a happier place! I’m not planning to move anytime soon!!

Kalei is amazing! She always makes sure residents have their questions answered and goes above and beyond to help anyway she can! She’s definitely a great asset to the Lone Oak team!

Finally going to share my experience with this complex. It has been nothing but hell. The infestation of roaches is disgusting. This complex is FILTHY. we called and called. Weekend and weeks. They kept pushing it back to the point the fumigator said it was fully an infestation. I had to stay at my mother’s and commute an hour and a half every day until this was resolved. Do you want to sleep in that??? If this doesn’t show it, the fire alarm goes off multiple times a day. Randomly. At 4 am. 6 pm. Sometimes for 5 seconds sometimes 5 minutes. Of course. No one cared to fix it. They replaced BATTERIES as if we were that stupid. Now, after calling us to confirm we were not renewing, they made us stay another month, because they have no recollection of our prior statements saying we will not r

*Update* I'm getting close to the 1 year mark here and I have to say that it has been the most relaxing, peaceful community I have ever experienced! I love it here! I've upgraded to a bigger unit on a bottom floor which was the smoothest move ever and as always the staff has been super friendly and on top of any issues that have arose. If your looking for a place to call home, stop by and check them out! You won't regret it! I've had some horrific experiences with apartment complexes since moving to Texas, but the staff here was the most accommodating, helpful, determined office team I have ever worked with.
