London Village Apartments

Awful experience living here. Nothing ever works (ac, disposal, dishwasher, etc). It was a nice apartment complex but within the past year the newer tenants have been leaving trash all over on their patio so it smells, not picking up after their dog poop (which are all over the place) and you can hardly find a place to park. The new person next door to us has between 5-10 people and kids at their place at a time. Yelling and screaming at 230am!! Management doesn’t care, if you can even get them on the phone they say “we can’t do anything, call the police”. Call the police because you refuse to make tenants pick up dog poop everywhere? The absolute most horrible management I have ever experienced. Across the street is the low income housing however have started to move in here turning this place into a trailer park. Prices have gone up hundreds of dollars in the past few years for no fathomable reason. I moved in here over seven years ago and it was less than seven hundred and fifty dollars for a two bedroom. And each year your rent WILL go up a hundred dollars MINIMUM. The apartments are falling apart. It smells all over the property. You can never get your maintenance request completely timely. No one answers the office phone. Be prepared for neighbors who walk onto your private patio and stand outside your unit all hours of the night screaming. Management doesn’t even care. I’ve lived at London Village since 2018. We are on our 4th property manager since I’ve lived here and finally have someone who knows what she’s doing. Wendi is extremely helpful and responsive. I had an issue that I had been trying to get resolved for over a year - Wendi got it straightened out for me with a couple of days. She’s made some much needed improvements since she’s been here.

This was from 2016-2018. I moved here when Tiffany was the manager. She was nice and understanding for the first year or so, but after our cat damaged the blinds accidentally (it was a 25$ fix we paid for) she seemed to target us more and more for various things and threatening eviction. We kept offering to pay to replace whatever was the issue, but it wasn't good enough. I accidentally spilt some fruit punch on the carpet one day, tried to clean it up but didn't work, I let Tiffany know that I messed up and I was willing to pay to replace the carpet on my dime. But, like always, it wasn't good enough for her. She wrote my a letter stating if anything else gets messed up, we will be evicted. So I just broke the lease and moved out. They didn't even send me the 300 dollar bill for repairs,

Such a great place to call home! I love London Village. The upkeep is amazing, the units are updated and so clean! Also, for all the help from the property manager for all the questions I have throughout this process! So quick and very easy. She got us in very quickly and was always there with answers! Thank you and such an awesome place to be.
