London Towne Apartments

We lived there for four years and it was a wonderful experience. Their maintenance is top notch and very swift. Jennifer (the manager) was very flexible with our lease adjustment at the end of our leasing period. Although they significantly increased the rent lately, I would still recommend people to rent London Towne.

I don’t recommend anyone live here. The window ac unit is complete garbage. It does not cool the room during summer days. The cool air also does not reach the bedroom. The temperature outside as of this review is 70 but inside is 84 even with the ac on full blast. The ac is broken and run down 1990s unit. It’s very loud and has to run 24/7. I requested for a newer unit and one that can actually cool the room. They just told me that it isn’t broken and it works so they won’t change it. It runs alright but it’s a piece of junk. I can barely go to sleep without sweating.

As of recently, they have been very nice and accommodating to whatever issues come up in the apartment complex and fix them, the buildings are old and will frequently need repairs on various items like driveway and but as long as you contact them, they will always get to it

The complex is quiet and clean, the unit I moved into was ready before my set move in date (which impressed me!) I haven't had any issues with maintenance or rent. Property Management has been incredibly fast to respond to emails.

I stayed here for a semester; it was a 12-minute walk to the closest UB bus stop. I had a lovely time here. The maintenance team is awesome; they fixed the issues almost instantly.
