London Terrace Gardens

Huge block long mega apartment complex with multiple entrances which can be a bit confusing if not explained. Always kept immaculately clean both outside along the streets and sidewalk as well as the interior. And the doormen along with the other building staff always smile and are genuinely friendly to outside guests who may standout or even just the random passerby outside.

Years late in writing this review..but I was reminded to do so because even several years after I moved out, the doormen still remember me and my name! I LOVED living at LTG. The building is like a vertical community. The architecture/design helps, even though it's a massive complex/building, there are only 6 units or less per floor so you get to know your neighbors which is great. The doormen (as mentioned) and other staff, from leasing to maintenance are extremely helpful, available and super easy to work with. Their policies, procedures and experience make sense! I love the layouts, huge closets, separate showers from tubs...pre-war solid construction, utilities included, gym and more. Highly recommend.

This is by far the best building I have ever lived in New York. I feel like when I walk in my nerves are instantly calmed. It's quiet, beautiful, and considered. For the price it feels like the best you can get in manhattan by far.

I moved here 18 months ago and my contract is finally up. This is a fantastic building and the management team here are really amazing. The support and maintenance staff are all first class. Super friendly and great atmosphere. Really good value for money given location, quality of finishes, people, etc. Wouldn't think twice about signing a contract here if I were to move back to Manhattan!

The buildings are maintained very well and the staff if extremely responsive. The buildings are also very safe having doormen and rovers to help where necessary. The size of the rooms is another plus as these are pre-war structures. The neighbourhood is full of art galleries and Chelsea is adjacent to ther hot spots like th ere Meat Packing area and Tribecca. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings
