I purchased my home less than five years ago from Lombardo and my roof needs repair already! Unfortunately for me, the Homebuilder's Warranty is trash! It expired 1 year after closing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using LOMBARDO as your new homebuilder.
They were great when building my house! The contractor was awesome! I just wish they would have listened more when I told them the brick was a different color than I wanted. Thank you!!
