Lomar Apartments

I have lived here for 13 years. Never had an issue that didn't get fixed immediately. The apartments have been around since 1966 but look very good. Bruce was always very professional with a positive attitude. Neighbors are quite with a few exceptions over the years. Cruise has been very responsive.

I rented from Lomar for about 8-9 years. The first 4 years were amazing. Attentive staff, they answered their phones, and I genuinely felt safe. The price for my huge apartment was amazing! $900 a month with water included and getting in was no problem. HOWEVER, The last 4-5 years were absolutely miserable. Just a little before COVID I believe company may have changed hands and they really became more money motivated. My rent AND my deposit kept increasing with each year (I believe their goal was to get it to $1650 as that is what incoming tenants are paying). When I went through a traumatic life event and asked for some leniency, they let me know that they were running a business and they would just allow me to not get a late fee for one month but I needed to have rent then and there aft

Been renting off of Lomar apartments for 15 years. And I have to say I have not one complaint they are amazing. Everything is always kept top notch. I highly recommend Lomar apartments for any of your warehouse or apartment needs. Thank you to the landlord and all of the maintenance crew that takes care of the property. I lived at lomar apartment, and whenever I had any issue, they were brisk in responding to my call and sending someone out to fix it. Ada, and Maricela we’re very helpful and made my move in fast and easy, and Karen went above and beyond to help me during a stressful relocation time. Except for the elevator that went out of commission a few times, i was very pleased wit my stay there. I hope you find your rental home as formidable as I did at Lomar.

I have lived at Lomar for 13 years and for 13 years they have never gave me an increase in rent. That is very generous on their part because other companies give increases annually. My duplex is very spacious, I never had any problems with roaches or rats. The staff always treated me with respect and professionalism.
