I remember these were my first apartment ever with my sister and Juan and Julie were so good To us! It’s on the cheaper end but decent and they kelp it clean And then I rented there anderson location! Great people!

If you're looking for a cheap and clean place to live . I think you may have found your Apartments. I think the same one who owned Sagewood and Shadowood owned these apartments two at one time , and sold them to another owner at least that's the story I hear. Rent is reasonable and the apartments are pretty clean. They have a decent parking lot to park your car and there's Century Located on Churn Creek Road. You'll find most of the apartments on Churn Creek are a good value . The cheaper ones around town..... but don't turn your nose up at them. They're clean. The maintenance is good. And they are Century Located in Redding close to everything. . .

Dont rent here manager is a loony worst place in redding to rent from Manger will take your money for application and never call you back he brags about this often watch out this place is bad news

Rent is very well priced and management is very helpful and prompt with any issues that may occur.

Clean family-owned complex Juan and Julie are great people to rent from
