Lola's Place Apartments

When I moved here, I loved my new house and I still do. I met so many wonderful friends here and we all considered ourselves a family. Now Galman is evicting us out of homes in order to renovate. We love our homes as is, so why kick us out to renovate now? Renovate when we move or pass away! I must add Galman group does NOT consider or think about their tenants.

Great place for us, eager to find way to stay. Management has been responsive to recent snow removal and replaced our dishwasher when it gave out. Galman recently had large paving projected completed. Happy to be here. Kevin & Marita Flynn

Extremely poor maintenance and communication with the renters. The outside of the property is in shambles. The fences are falling apart, the fencing around the trash bins are in desperate need of repair. The corporation leave dumpsters in the driveways in front of residents properties with no communication as to why they are there or if for how long. They have an unsightly containment that sits in front of one of the properties. They Have notified current residents whose townhouses do not have the updated renovations that their leases will not be renewed and have to move out. This was presented to those residents with a letter placed under their door. Shameful professionalism.

Lola’s Place does not service any of the townhouses. Expect to pay out of pocket for all maintenance. No one returns a phone call. The owners want their rent on time, but believe they can continue not servicing their properties. They have just sent eviction notices to many residents in order to rehab their apartments. They are a disgrace.

Lola’s Place (formerly Penns Wood) has been home to my parents for 15 years. The Team at Lola’s is professional, friendly, very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. A special thank you goes to Lydia who is our primary contact and is always very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable with issues and questions. Lydia has gone above and beyond any normal expectations, she is a great asset for Lola’s Place!! Many thanks!!!
