Unfortunately, Kip was more concerned with what rhe buyers of our house wanted than what we wanted. He never stood up for us, only panicked and demanded we do what the buyers' realtor requested. He listed our house far too low, costing us thousands. He visited my property only once during the entire phase of the sale. He didnt even have the decency to be there for pictures. Kip is an acquaintance of mine and offered to sell our house at a reduced rate. .0025% would have been too much given the very little amount of work he put into our sale. He allowed the selling realtor to get whatever they wanted, even asking us to bow to pointless demands AFTER the home had closed. He plays silly little games that all Central Oregon realtors seem to play. It cost us tens of thousands on our home.

Kip Lohr was our real-estate agent for our recent home purchase. We had a budget and had many wants for our new home. We needed a home with space and room for growth. The first house (the one we bought )we looked at with Kip was definitely a fix-upper but we saw the potential for what we wanted, room to add on, build a shop and make it ours. We decided to make an offer. Kip really talked over the pros and cons with us first. He had some valid points for us to really think about, can we financially do a remodel, live in a remodel and are we up for it? He was very realistic.
