LoHi Gold

I have lived here for almost 4 years, and would recommend moving here to friends or family. While there have been some issues - elevators being out frequently earlier this year, management removing most of the gym equipment and not replacing it with anything - these seem to be getting resolved more quickly and communicated well with the new management. The neighborhood is a fantastic place to live, and the entire area, including the building, is very dog friendly. The cleaning staff is incredibly nice, and saying hi and chatting with them every morning when coming back from walks is a highlight of my morning. I'm always impressed at how clean they keep the lobby area, especially given the amount of dogs in the building and during winter, when people and their pets track in a lot of snow

I would not recommend living at LoHi Gold to my worst enemy. The 14 months I spent living here were a constant cycle of elevator outages, stolen packages, 4 dead key fobs, and slow acting management. The tenants might as well have been running the apartment itself with the lack of help from anyone working in the office. Keep in mind that they’ll be quick to talk poorly of other residents if they receive even an ounce of negative feedback! The only redeemable aspect of this building is the friendliest cleaning staff I’ve ever known and the location. If you are looking to move to the area- don’t choose here. I’d sooner live in my freshman dorms again than spend even a night in this building.

Shelby is the best! I have had an amazing experience at LoHi Gold. She is excellent at her job. She really sold me on the place and she has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind throughout my entire experience living here. I love my place, the area, and my overall experience.

I have lived here since March of 2024 and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the Lohi area of Denver. I have a dog and really love how pet friendly the building is and my pup really loves going to the dog park attached to the building! The new staff are really great as well. I've had a handful of issues with some of my appliances and the maintenance guy Trevor has been really great and professional. They are very quick to come and fix any issues even the small ones. The cleaning staff are really awesome as well and the common areas are super clean. Norma is super friendly and is always excited to say good morning to everyone. Would recommend this complex to anybody looking to live in the Lohi area! Lohi Gold is very well managed and maintained. The management team is responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property is always clean and well cared for. It’s clear the staff take pride in keeping everything running smoothly.
