It takes maintenance over 2 weeks to respond to any service requests which is super annoying if your sink is clogged or your dryer stops working (that took 3 weeks before someone responded to my serval requests.) No one ever answers the phone when you call or text number they provide you with. Honestly wish I never moved in here. I’ve had 2 packages get stolen and Amelia the leasing agent told me the maintenance team would clean up my unit and fix the chipped shower and they never even did that so I had to move into a super dirty and stained unit.

Have lived here since July , drier stopped working and property management did take a look at it but have completely stopped responding to me - there is absolutely zero effort or care to maintain units

Management here is basically nonexistent. Homeless people often climb the fence and go through the trash, which makes the first floor smell awful and attracts bugs. The entry code to the building never changes, so anyone can get in and because of that, package theft happens all the time.

Management literally never responds LOL. And they do a terrible job with the trash situation it never gets emptied. Avoid you can find better.

Nobody ever responds. Had an appointment to view and the agent didn't even show up.
